One look at the organization and depth of these guys website and you will realize that these are not a bunch of punk kids out to hammer about and prove their bravado. Naviagate over to their history page and check out the other names that they considered for this club such as Sexy Sixty Sr. Cyclist, Old Farts Cycling Clu, X Jocks, and Over 55 and Biking, and you can probably get an idea of what you are in for with this crew. This is a close knit group of cycling aficionados who have the experience and wisdom to ride because they love it and not because it makes them feel manly to hammer around town on a piece of carbon.
And ride they do. Unlike many other bike clubs The SDRecyclers change their group ride each week. Below you will find one of their weekly rides and we are grateful for allowing us to use it on The Mappy Thing.
